Document Photos
Photos of your freight documents are stored securely in Firebase Storage. These photos are only accessible by you and are used solely for the purpose of generating your load records and invoices.
Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for information on how they handle your payment data.

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Load records and financial data may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance purposes.
