These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YUPLOADED mobile application and website operated by YUPLOADED LLC ("YUPLOADED", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
YUPLOADED is a document repository and communication platform for owner-operators and independent carriers. We provide tools to store freight documents, generate invoices, send document packets to brokers and dispatchers, and track broker-confirmed load history.
YUPLOADED is the messenger — not the authority. We do not verify, authenticate, police, or take responsibility for the contents of any document uploaded to our platform.
To use YUPLOADED you must:
You certify at registration that all information provided is accurate. Providing false information including a false MC number, false name, or uploading a driver license that does not belong to you may constitute fraud under federal law and will result in immediate account termination.
Your name, MC number, equipment type, and driver license are locked after registration to prevent account fraud. To request changes to identity fields you must contact customerservice@yuploaded.com and provide supporting documentation.
Selling, transferring, or sharing your YUPLOADED account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination. Your YUPLOADED Verified status and load history are tied to your identity and MC number and cannot be transferred.
YUPLOADED stores the documents you upload but does not verify their authenticity, accuracy, or compliance with any regulatory requirements. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of all documents uploaded to your account.
YUPLOADED does not police carrier compliance, cargo claims, invoice disputes, or load agreements between carriers and brokers.
When a broker confirms receipt of documents through YUPLOADED that confirmation means only that the broker received the documents submitted. Broker confirmation does not constitute:
All disputes between carriers and brokers remain subject to the terms of their original load agreement. YUPLOADED is not a party to any agreement between carriers and brokers.
YUPLOADED Verified status is earned by completing 100 broker-confirmed loads through the YUPLOADED platform. Verified status indicates that a carrier has accumulated 100 broker confirmations of document receipt — nothing more. YUPLOADED makes no representations about the quality, compliance, or reliability of any verified carrier.
Verified status is tied to your individual account and MC number. It cannot be purchased, transferred, or earned through any means other than legitimate broker confirmations.
YUPLOADED offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Founding Member pricing at USD 19.99/month is locked for life for the first 100 subscribers. Standard pricing is USD 29.99/month. Fleet pricing is USD 79.99/month for up to 10 drivers under one MC number.
You may not use YUPLOADED to:
YUPLOADED is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. YUPLOADED LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform including but not limited to disputes between carriers and brokers, cargo claims, payment disputes, or document authentication issues.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
