YUPLOADED LLC ("YUPLOADED", "we", "us", or "our") operates the YUPLOADED mobile application and website at yuploaded.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you create an account and use YUPLOADED we collect:

• Full legal name
• Email address and password
• FMCSA Motor Carrier (MC) number
• Equipment type
• Driver license photo (optional at signup, required for Verified status)
• Profile photo (optional)
• Dispatcher email address (optional)
• Freight documents you upload (Rate Confirmations, Bills of Lading, freight photos, Proof of Delivery)
• Load details including pickup and delivery ZIP codes and states entered manually by you, mileage, rates, and expenses
• Device information and app usage data

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your YUPLOADED account
• Generate and send freight invoices to brokers on your behalf
• Send document packets to dispatchers on your behalf
• Track broker-confirmed loads toward YUPLOADED Verified status
• Generate tax summaries and export reports
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Communicate with you about your account and our services
• Improve our platform and services

3. DOCUMENT STORAGE AND SECURITY

All documents and data you upload are stored securely using Google Firebase, which is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Your documents are encrypted at rest and in transit.

YUPLOADED does not share your documents with any third parties except as required to deliver our services (sending invoices to brokers and packets to dispatchers as directed by you).

YUPLOADED does not verify, authenticate, or take responsibility for the contents of any document uploaded to our platform.

4. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

YUPLOADED uses the following third party services:

• Google Firebase — Authentication, database, and file storage. Firebase Privacy Policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy. YUPLOADED never stores your payment card information.
• EmailJS — Email delivery for invoices and document packets. EmailJS Privacy Policy: emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy

5. BROKER CONFIRMATIONS

When a broker confirms receipt of your documents through YUPLOADED, that confirmation is recorded in our system and counts toward your YUPLOADED Verified status. Broker confirmation of document receipt does not constitute approval of any invoice, waiver of any dispute rights, or acceptance of liability. All disputes between carriers and brokers remain subject to their original load agreement.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account all personal data and documents are permanently deleted within 30 days. Load history retained for tax and legal compliance purposes may be retained for up to 7 years in anonymized form.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your load and expense data (available in the app)
• Opt out of marketing communications

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

YUPLOADED is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information please contact us immediately.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the app. Your continued use of YUPLOADED after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
